The veterans are in a safe, structured environment designed to lead them back into
society through professional guidence and veteran-to-veteran reinforcement. The DVC works in collaboration with a multitude
of human service providers, non-profit organizations and governmental agencies to meet the veterans medical, psychological
and educational needs.
