  • The DVC offers labor to local businesses in exchange for job training and placement.
  • The DVC houses approximatemy 104 homeless male and female veterans, while serving numerous others through on-site support services.
  • The DVC project is structured to serve veterans who want to help themselves.  The veterans who qualify clearly understand that this is a program they must work at in order to succeed.

Looking for work is a full time job

The veterans are in a safe, structured environment designed to lead them back into society through professional guidence and veteran-to-veteran reinforcement.  The DVC works in collaboration with a multitude of human service providers, non-profit organizations and governmental agencies to meet the veterans medical, psychological and educational needs.
